Comprehensive tune-ups
We'll perform regular tune-ups on your heating system. This will reduce the chance of breakdowns and keep your system running at peak efficiency, which can cut your annual fuel bills by as much as 10%.
Dependable same-day service
If you lose your heat - at any time of the day or night - our emergency team is at your service. One
of our service technicians will be at your home within 24 hours of
your call - usually much sooner.
Big savings
Should your heating equipment need a repair, we provide service plan customers with big discounts or complete coverage for parts and labor, depending on the plan you choose. Service plans can save you hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars on repair costs over the life of your system.
Consider this: If you don't have a service plan and your heating system's blower motor fails, it could cost you $395 to replace it. A circulator coupling could cost $350. But if you have our service plan, it won't cost you one penny to replace these parts - or dozens of others.
Loyalty Credits
We now give you $50 in Loyalty Credits every year when you renew your plan. You can earn up to $500 in credits and apply them to heating and other equipment you purchase from us.
You can also save money with service plan coverage for your water heater and central air conditioning system.
Choose from two service plan options, the Bronze plan or the Gold plan, each of which includes a comprehensive heating system tune-up. This preventive maintenance keeps you system running at optimum efficiency, saving you fuel and reducing the risk of breakdowns. Regular annual maintenance will also extend equipment life and save you money.
The Bronze Plan
is ideal for newer systems. All systems - even newer ones, need scheduled maintenance, and many manufacturer's warranties require it.
The Bronze Plan includes;

The Gold Service Plan
covers just about anything that's likely to go wrong with your heating system, and it includes a regularly scheduled tune-up to increase your system's performance and longevity!
Griffith Energy will repair or replace, during the life of this agreement, at no extra charge to our customer, all parts included in this agreement that may become defective due to normal use or wear and tear.

OUR COMPREHENSIVE HEATING Tune-Up 
A regularly scheduled tune-up will be performed once
during the service agreement term during regular working hours.
The tune-up includes the following:
* vacuum heating unit, vent pipe and chimney base
* adjust burner for maximum efficiency
* clean and adjust
* electrode and nozzle assembly
* lubricate all motors, bearings, fans and circulators
* replace oil nozzle and oil filter
* test and adjust all safety and operating controls
* inspect flue pipe, barometric damper and combustion chamber
* test oil pump operation
* check oil tank and lines
* inform customer of equipment condition

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE
You can add these items to your service plan.
Oil-Fired Water Heater
* Coverage includes burner parts, aquastat, controls and emergency switch.
* A regularly scheduled tune-up of the burner is included and will be performed with the tune-up of your heating system.
* This coverage can only be purchased in conjunction with a heating system plan.
Central Air / Heat Pump System
This coverage includes:
* a 15% discount on repairs and diagnostic fees.
* priority emergency service.
* a regularly scheduled tune-up, including these services: cleaning outdoor condenser coil, lubricating all moving parts, flushing condensate drain, testing all controls for proper operation, adjusting blower speed, inspecting compressor contacts and checking refrigerant charge.
Natural Gas-Fired System
* Coverage includes a 15% discount on repairs and diagnostic fees.
* A regularly scheduled tune-up is included.
LOYALTY COVERAGE
For each consecutive year you are enrolled in the Gold Service Plan, you earn $50 in Loyalty Credits. You can accumulate up to $500 in credits and apply them to the following equipment purchased from us.

TankSure© Optional Coverage
TankSure© is the best way to protect your aboveground oil tank. Using ultrasound equipment approved bythe U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, we conduct annual tank tests. If your tank begins to fail, you're covered by a $1,000 replacement warranty.
