If you're the kind of person who doesn't like surprises, especially when it comes to your heating bill, then you'll really appreciate our SmartPay program. With SmartPay, you'll make 12 even monthly payment based on your last two years of usage. It doesn't cost anything to join, and there are no finance charges involved as long as you stay current with your payments.

SmartPay is the easy way to make your heating payments predictable. If the winter is warmer than expected, you'll receive a rebate for any monthly credit balance. When there is a colder than normal winter, and our estimate of your fuel cost is low, we will notify you and ask you to increase your payment. Our goal is to have a zero balance on your budget account at the end of the heating season.
