Monthly payments
Join our FREE Smart Pay program and we’ll spread out your costs over 12 months. This prevents you from having to pay all of your fuel bills in just a few short months.

There are no finance charges for spreading out your payments this way. In fact, we pay you a 2% APR rebate, calculated annually, whenever you have a credit balance on your SmartPay account. You will receive a monthly statement in the mail, and payments are due on the 10th of each month.

Automatic payments
1. You can authorize your bank to pay us directly through our electronic funds transfer program. Most people prefer to pay this way because they save money on checks and stamps.
2. You can authorize us to charge your payments to your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card account.

30 day credit
Although we’re required to pay our suppliers within 10 days just to keep our fuel trucks filled, we extend credit-approved customers a 30-day grace period to pay for their fuel deliveries. Payment is due within 30 days from the billing date. Accounts that are overdue will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge

Cash on delivery
Our drivers are authorized to accept COD payments at the time of delivery. Payment can be made either with cash, money order, or check. All payments are to be made payable to Griffith Energy Services, Inc. Under no circumstances should a check or money order be made payable to an employee of the Company.
